Role: Conveyancing Secretary Location: Hermanus, Overberg, Western Cape Salary: Market Related What You Bring: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail to manage all financial aspects of conveyancing transactions, including final accounts and payouts upon registration. Proficiency in LexisConvey and GhostPractice. Experience applying for Transfer Duty Receipts via the SARS eFiling system and obtaining Rates Clearance Certificates online from municipalities.
