Conveyancing Secretary

Our client is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to join their legal team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property transfers and conveyancing.
This full-time position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment, handling diverse responsibilities.Duties: Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process, including document preparation, client communication, and liaising with relevant partiesAssist with property transfers and related legal proceduresManage deadlines and ensure timely completion of all conveyancing tasksMaintain accurate records and filesCommunicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholdersWork independently and managing the workloadRequirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in conveyancingFluent in Afrikaans and EnglishAbility to work independently and take initiativeStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in relevant legal software and Microsoft Office suite
