SA - Gauteng, MenlynR 25 000 - R 30 000 Monthly Well established law firm with 30yrs+ experience is looking for a Conveyancer to join their dynamic team based around Menlyn candidate will also be able to earn commission.Minimum requirements: A degree in Law (LLB) and admission as an Attorney and a Conveyancer.Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience as a Conveyancer.
Experience with FNB, ABSA and Nedbank an advantage.Very good understanding of the conveyancing process.Must have a valid drivers license and own car Duties: Registration of bonds and cancelations.Ability to attend to bond instructions from receipt of institution to registration in the Deeds office and delivery of the title deeds to the financial institution:Accurate and meticulous drafting of Bond DocumentsPrepare files accurately and according to detailed specifications.FICA administration.
