Requirements for this role: Call Centre Sales experience in Financial Sector Background Only.
At least 2 + years' work experience in a Financial Call Centre Environment.
Matric.
Good Command of English.
Excellent Telephone Etiquette.
Excellent Interpersonal skills.
Driven Individuals.
Strong Character to close on Leads provided.Key Responsibilities / Duties: Onboarding clients.
To convert supplied leads of already interested clients into existing clients.
To be aggressive in closing deals.
Target Driven.
To provide the most stable and reliable client experience possible.Benefits: • Basic Salary R6 000 Per Month for the first 3 months during probation period, then the basic goes up to R7000 per month + Uncapped Commission structure on a sliding scale e.g.
Sale Comm Paid in U$D + R2000 Incentive for Top Seller.

• No limit to dial own leads and earn Commission.
• 1-week Paid Training for attending (R100 per day) Courtesy fee.
