Conversion Agent-Onboarding Specialist

Requirements for this role:
? Call Centre Sales experience in Financial Sector Background Only.
? At least 2 + years' work experience in a Financial Call Centre Environment.
? Matric.
? Good Command of English.
? Excellent Telephone Etiquette
? Excellent Interpersonal skills.
? Driven Individuals
? Strong Character to close on Leads provided.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:
? Onboarding client.
? To convert supplied leads of already interested clients into / Existing clients.
? To be aggressive in closing deals.
? Target Driven.
? To provide the most stable and reliable client experience possible.
Benefits
• Basic Salary R6 000 Per Month for the first 3 month during probation period, then the basic goes up to R7000 per month + Uncapped Commission structure on a sliding scale e.g. Sale Comm Paid in U$D + R2000 Incentive for Top Seller.
