How You'll Make an Impact
Provide transparent and comprehensive controlling within Corporate Functions, ensuring all processes like Forecast, Budgeting, Month End Closing, and Performance Review are managed effectively.
Manage Month End Closing activities for the Functions, ensuring our books and records are auditable and IFRG compliant.
Oversee the Planning Process including the Quarterly forecast process and annual budget process.
Create monthly controlling reporting.
Support the Balance sheet reconciliations.
Assist in internal & external audits.
Collaborate with the extended finance community to enhance and improve reporting processes and standard reports to achieve high data quality and meet deadlines.
Support the transformation into a digital controlling environment by implementing modern front-end tools and promoting digitalization projects.
What You Bring
BCom Degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related field required.
4+ years of accounting/finance experience is required.
Expert level financial, interpersonal, analytical, and computer skills required. SAP, Excel, SAC experience preferred.
Experience in Financial Reporting & Analysis, Budget Planning, and Ad-hoc Analysis ideally in a Multinational Corporate Controlling environment.
Ability and desire to plan, control, and contribute to solving complex problems.
Participation in monthly forecast and yearly budget phases and daily ad-hocs.
Experience working in a multi-cultural, global organization with a matrix structure.
