In this role, you will be responsible for performing Finance activities, liaising with various teams to ensure accurate solutions, collaborating with the team to streamline existing processes, and removing non-value-added activities.ResponsibilitiesPreparing GL schedules and journal entries in the ERP systemPreparation and completion of COE (Centre of Excellence) activitiesPreparing audit schedules and handling audit queriesPerforming SOX Controls related to the processConducting Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Variance AnalysisHandling queries from various partnersPreparation of Balance Sheet Reconciliations, in line with the client policyMaintenance of BS open itemsCompletion of reconciliations in line with stipulated timelinesCompletion of month-end activitiesAdherence to all compliance requirementsCompletion of mandatory training, in line with stipulated timelinesCompletion of admin-related tasks for tracking purposes (examples: MOJO, MJE tracker, etc.
