Job Description
Motus FORD PAARDEN EILAND has an opportunity available for a CONTROLLER: REPAIRS, SERVICING & SUPPORT SERVICES in the Service Department. The purpose of the role is to effectively monitor and control services, deal with telephone enquiries, and complete all necessary paperwork in line with standard operating procedures and OEM requirements.

Specific Role Responsibilities
To assist management in implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction levels in excess of the manufacturer national average.
To deliver gross profit in line with the business plan by maximising the number of hours sold, driving revenue per transaction, ensuring 100% adherence to the OEM process and motivating product sales.
To distribute and control the issue of work to the Technicians to maximise quality and overall efficiency.
To lead, motivate, coach and develop the team to achieve their daily objectives.
To ensure a strong relationship is maintained with the parts department to maximise parts availability.
To ensure that all stake holders involved in workshop transactions are kept updated by means of the BSI system
To ensure that the flow of repair orders are optimized
To log tickets with IT support when system issues arise on the BSI program
To communicate in real time with the foreman/ quality controler
To ensure the accurate completion of all relevant documentation for each repair.
To ensure that the manufacturer's warranty standards are adhered to at all times.
To ensure that a safe working environment is maintained in line with the Company's Health Safety policy and that general housekeeping and appearance are maintained at a high standard.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:
A minimum of Grade 12/Matric or Matric equivalent
Preference will be given to candidates with BSI experience
A Valid Driver's License
Clear Criminal Record
Must have excellent verbal communication skill
Customer and Team Orientation
Motor industry experience is essential
Computer literacy is essential
Work well under pressure.
Be detail orientated.
