Controller: Finance

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: Gr 12 & relevant tertiary accounting qualification.Minimum 5 Years working experience in general accounting.Accpac and Pastel experience will be to your advantage.Analytical, accurate & attention to detail.Self-disciplined and goal driven.Excellent communication skills KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Full Pastel accounting function up to trail balance.Recording of all Financial transactions.Reconciliation of loan accounts.Ensure that payments of all municipal accounts are made accurately and timeously.Monthly rental invoices and follow up on outstanding amounts.Responsible for completion and reconciling of vat returns.Composition of audit files.Monthly reports to management.
