Well established Automation company based in Gqeberha are seeking a qualified and experienced applicant to join their dynamic teamQualifications:National Diploma (Electrical Engineering); National Diploma (Mechatronics); Bachelor of Engineering (Mechatronics) or similarExperience:3 - 5 years of PLC programming experience in the automotive industryPLC logic and programming with any of the following PLCs: Siemens, Beckhoff, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi and OmronExperience with Interfacing SCADA, motion control, Robotic and measuring systems to PLC applicationsComputer and PLC system configuration knowledge and understandingAble to create and read logic and flow diagrams for program design, programming simulation, testing and start upWork logically and systematically and apply problem solving techniques to gain purposeful and conclusive resolvePractical understanding and ability to trouble shoot electrical circuitrySound understanding of facility commissioning requirements with at least 1 year exposure in a projects environmentPractical usage of MS Office software or similarConfidently interface and communicate with other technical professionalsAdditional requirements:Must speak fluently in English; Afrikaans optional and German advantageousMust have a valid Code B (08) driver's licenseDevelop, improve and refine software/code used in projects to improve effectiveness and efficiency within the control systemsDeadline driven Should you wish to apply please submit your CV through for consideration.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
