Control Room Operator We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented Control Room Operator to join our Sasol Secunda team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring security systems, managing alarms, coordinating emergency responses with on-site communication in a prompt, efficient and professional manner. Requirement: Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF Level 4) Valid PSIRA (minimum Grade C) Proficiency in using computer systems Good administrative skills CCTV Surveillance Skills & Body Language course Minimum 1-2 years' Control Room experience Excellent English written and verbal communication skills SAPS Firearm Competency for Handgun, Shotgun & Rifle for business purpose NKP registered will be beneficial Willingness to undergo polygraph testing Must be able to work in a high-stress, fast paced environment Preference will be given to applicants in Govan Mbeki District Main duties & Responsibilities: Establish and sustain effective risk management. Establishment and maintenance of an effective information network to investigate prioritized crime threats. Establish and sustain an effective risk management process in allocated micro work environment to identify and reduce crime enabling factors.
