We are currently accepting applications for the following position located in the Witbank, Mpumalanga area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the contractual and commercial aspects of capital expenditure projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and maintaining all contractual documentation from inception to close out.
Managing the contractual spend against budget and preparing cost comparisons.
Month end progress reporting and ensuring processing of all monthly financial and other information.
Drafting and issuing of Expression of Interest (EOI) documentation and preparing detailed adjudication reports.
Corresponding / negotiating with suppliers and managing all administrative related activities.

Minimum Qualifications

A Relevant 3-year tertiary qualification (Purchasing/Commercial/Legal).
Driver's license (Code EB/08).

Minimum Experience

2 years' experience as a Contracts Officer or Buyer.
MS Office proficiency.
Legal or contract management experience will be advantageous.
