Must have a building degree or diplomaAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Contracts Manager to oversee construction activities and ensure project milestones are achieved safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.This position reports to the DirectorKey Responsibilities:Supervise and lead on-site construction activitiesCoordinate with project teams, engineers, and subcontractorsMonitor project progress and maintain strict quality standardsEnforce safety protocols and manage risk on-siteEnsure project milestones and deadlines are metResolve any issues or delays that arise on-siteMaintain accurate documentation and site recordsRequirements:Building degree or diplomaMinimum of 5 years of experience in a similar roleStrong knowledge of construction processes and regulationsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectivelyRelevant qualifications in construction management or engineering (preferred)
