Business Unit:This specific business unit has achieved remarkable success in 2023, securing contracts worth over £60 million. With a skilled workforce already in place, they are poised for further growth in 2024, driven by exciting plans. Their primary focus remains on refurbishment services, including recladding, external and internal renovations, and decarbonization.
Responsibilities:Leading a team of professionals, including Site Managers and other relevant stakeholders, to ensure seamless project delivery.Collaborating with clients, architects, and consultants to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.Developing and managing project budgets, schedules, and resources while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.Overseeing procurement activities, subcontractor selection, and contract negotiation.Monitoring and reporting on project progress, addressing any potential risks or issues promptly.Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.Fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project.Ideal Candidate:Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.Experience in using MS Project to produce programmes.Working experience of using Viewpoint (desirable).Passion for developing teams and promoting positive site morale.Comfortable with client interaction and contract administration.
