FUNCTION: CONTRACTS MANAGER, GPC DISCIPLINE: CONTRACTS & PROCUREMENT LOCATION: KWAZULU-NATAL DURATION: CONTRACT (24 MONTHS) SALARY: MARKET RELATED "Our client specializing in EPCm & Infrastructure Projects is seeking a CONTRACTS MANAGER, GPC to join their project team based in KWAZULU-NATAL." JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for managing and overseeing contract administration for various engineering projects.Deep understanding of contract management, negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.Prepare, review, and manage contracts for engineering projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initial drafting and negotiation to execution and closeout.Maintain accurate records of contract documentation and correspondence.Risk Management.Negotiation and Communication.Financial Oversight.Project Support.Compliance and Quality Assurance.QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIREMENT: B.Eng. / B. Tech degree in Civil Engineering. ECSA Professional Registration is a must, SACPCMP is an added advantage.Minimum of 15+ years of experience in contract management or engineering project management.Proven experience with contract negotiation, administration, and compliance.Strong understanding of contract law and contract management principles.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.Experience in dealing with SANRAL is a must.Contact: Tanya De Bruyn
