Contracts Director - Roads And Earthworks

The Contracts Director will oversee all contractual aspects of the project ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, managing risks and optimising project delivery. Oversee the preparation and negotiation and management of all contracts related to the job. Manage contract amendments, variations, claims ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on timelines and costs. Monitor and control contract budget and work closely with the Commercial and Finance teams to ensure optimal cashflow and cost control and forecasting. Lead the resolution of any contractual claims and disputes. Serve as the primary point of contact for all contractual matters with the client, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders. Communicate contract requirements to the Project Team and ensure alignment. Lead and manage the team on site providing guidance and support to each of the areas. 15 years or more experience in road construction especially with Sanral Road projects. Must have Professional registration.
