Minimum RequirementsSouth African citizen, currently residing in Gqeberha/ Kariega, or willing to relocateNational Diploma or B.Com degree in Accountancy and Business ManagementMinimum of 3 years experience in costing/ pricing analysis and price settingSound knowledge of the various costing and pricing techniquesComputer literate and proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SAPProficiency in Qlik Sense and Power BI - distinct advantageFinancial experience and knowledge within a warranty and maintenance plan department - distinct advantageRESPONSIBILITIESPerform quarterly pricing analysis of all non-standard maintenance and service plansEnsure that the approved prices are provided/ uploaded into the SAP contracts systemLiaise with various departments to ensure the accuracy of service plan components for price settingLiaise with the communications specialist to ensure that dealers and key stakeholders are informed of pricing adjustments timeouslyLiaising with fleet customers/ dealers with possible solutions to their maintenance/ service plan needsHighlight any pricing discrepancies to the supervisor as soon as they are discoveredCalculate and draft customized fleet proposals for potential and current fleet customersCalculate and distribute the annual government (RT57) Maintenance and Service plan prices for the company's brandsCompile the monthly fund projection report and provide this information to the finance departmentCompile the non-standard contract sales reports and distribute them daily/ monthly to the company's brandsAssist in the reconciliation and administration of all monthly maintenance plan productsBenchmarking the company's product offering and pricing to ensure the company is on or ahead of par in comparison to the competitionAssist in various projects that enhance the company's product offering and footprint in the maintenance and service plan arena
