ROLE PURPOSETo assist, implement and manage systems to best support maintenance strategies and rendering of efficient service delivery environment to customers
MAIN OUTPUTSMaintain Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedules in accordance to the SLA for all equipment and servicesCreate Purchase Requisitions (PR) on correct expense codes and ensure accuracy against the quotationEnsure that all orders are processed timeouslyMonitor the execution of work and implement corrective measures on deviationsManage all incoming requests and complaints on daily basis, and provide timeous feedback in ensuring customer satisfactionDispatch requests to technical staff and pertinent service providers and follow-up on action itemsConduct monthly verification of WIP and report on variancesProvide weekly/monthly reports on SLAs and backlogPlanning for placement of employees, contractors and efficient utilization of materials and toolsEnsure that tasks are conducted efficiently and optimum use of tools and equipmentBuilding good Internal and External customer relationshipsUndertake other related duties and assignments as assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSThe Applicant must meet the following requirements:N3 - N6 in Engineering or Project Management or Operations ManagementMatric (Senior Certificate)Valid SA Drivers License2yrs relevant experience in maintenance planning, project management and knowledge of financial management principlesMaintenance planning, project management skillsMS Word, MS Excel & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level)SAP KnowledgeKnowledge of OHS Act & ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
