We are seeking a highly organized and driven Contract Manager to join our team in Montague Gardens.Key Responsibilities :Oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.Supervise teams responsible for the installation of commercial ceilings and partitions.Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain high safety and quality standards.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and compliance records.Requirements :Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or commercial installation industry.Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of ceiling and partitioning installation processes and materials.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and teams.Ability to problem-solve, adapt to challenges, and make decisions under pressure.A valid driver's license and reliable transport are advantageous.
