This includes but is not limited to dealing with customers, P&L management, Warehouse system management and overall management of Warehouse operations and its staff.Key ResponsibilitiesReport to Management:Communicate with management about operational activity, major anomalies encountered, and service quality operated via regular reports.Budget Management:Monitor and ensure one-time invoicing.Manage and ensure profitability of P&L.Stock take planning and management.Cycle counting and damages control.Relationship Management:Develop and maintain professional and positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Ensure quality service delivery to all AGL clients is maintained.Liaise between clients and service delivery teams.Responsible for problem solving and service reporting.Develop and manage SLA's with constant checks on infrastructure and related support service delivery teams.Oversee Suppliers' Relationships:Host suppliers, clients and outside enterprises.Oversee the execution of contracts related to equipment supply and participate in negotiation of some purchases.Manage Warehouse Personnel:Lead and motivate the different teams under responsibility.Performance management of staff and encourage employees to optimize their outputs.Ensure security of personnel and goods associated under responsibility.Enforce company rules of procedure, particularly the rules related to hygiene and security.Process Management:Enhance business efficiencies through the implementation of process excellence initiatives.Manage business risks.Comply with the Compliance Self-Assessment.ProfilePrepare and manage a full P&L, including drafting, control and monitoring of the warehouse budget.Support Commercial Department in all presales business.Accountable for ensuring that SLA's and KPI's are set, agreed upon and maintained.Manage transport costs and continuous management of forklift requirements.Ensure security of people and assets.Maintain high standards of housekeeping.Ensure stock control procedures are in place and stock rotation systems are maintained.Take control of all bonded cargo and updating bond store registers.Ensure inventory is managed and accurately reflected.Conduct performance appraisals formally at least once per annum.Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements.Maintain facility maintenance schedule.
