The Role: To coordinate and ensure effective operation, effective HR administration, scheduled maintenance, and customer relation. This service is rendered to Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology clients (internal and external) on and off mine site according to Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology and Contract specifications and requirements.
Key Performance Areas: Receive and outsource on Maximo.Send planning information for new and relocated machines.Run daily operational reports (Parts, WO, PO, Job Reports, ETA Dates).Manage WIP reports and tracking statuses (Paid, Not Paid, GRN'ed).Track collected and delivered OOW items.Manage Aurora invoicing, labour submissions, and part availability checks.Load and control LPS tickets.Compile monthly labour and parts claims.Submit hazard reports on Cintelate.Request quotes and deliveries for Supergroup.Process delivery notes on Supergroup.Load quotes and perform receiving on Basware.Create service entries, follow up on payments, and process POs on Ariba.Arrange mine inductions, medicals, starter packs, and occupation changes.Track attendance, leave, and training records.Maintain safety stats, organograms, and employee lists.Prepare and process timesheets, overtime/fulco/shifts, claims, and payroll submissions.Arrange accommodations through Travelit.Compile and submit weekly and monthly financial figures and budgets.Track revenue daily.Prepare monthly trend reports.Your Profile: Grade 12 / Equivalent qualificationRelevant post matric qualification will be an added advantage.At least 2 years' experience in office administrationComputer literacy ability to work with Excel spreadsheets, graphical presentations and charts.English proficiencyHow to apply: Please apply online through Workday (ESS) or access the Sandvik website www.home.sandvik/en/careers Applications close: 5 December 2024
