Head Office of Fish Take Away Outlets in Retreat Cape TownWe offer a 3 Month Fixed Term Contract which provides an interesting opportunity for an Admin / Accounts individual who is available to commence duties immediately. Long-term, this contract could become permanent.Duties & ResponsibilitiesTyping correspondence like contracts, letters to suppliers, referral letters, etc.Answer phones, taking messagesMonitoring and responding to emailsKeep records of outstanding, overdue, and general payments dueWeekly wages, recording same, printing wage slipsStock taking at branchesAdmin relating to price changes, menu boards, and advertisingOutsourcing better prices for products/services for takeaways/restaurantsAssist restaurants with repairs and maintenanceKeep records relating to company vehicles, check on services & booking vehicles, make arrangements for vehicle repairsAttend to repair work & insurance claims for properties and food outletsFilling in for persons working in admin and on leaveDesired Experience & QualificationsGrade 12 essential with Higher education certificate advantageousComputer literacy - MS Excel, Word, and OutlookKnowledge of Wages, PAYE, UIF & Labour matters advantageousAbility to work half day 2 Saturdays a month while in trainingDriver's Licence essential with own transport if possibleIdeal for Admin / Accounts individual who lives in the Retreat AreaPackage & Remuneration
