Educational Requirements: Grade 12 and a certificate in Office Administration Professional registration: None Work Experience: 1-2 years experience in Office Administration Duties: 1. Making travel arrangements 2. Drafting reports 3. Collating weekly reports and preparing monthly reports 4. Booking appointments for clients 5. Conduct telephonic collaterals 6. Maintain databases 7. Reviewing of applications/ data collection forms 8. Provide administrative support and other offical duties as and when required.
