Continuous Improvement Intern

RCL FOODS is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Continuous Improvement Intern (Fixed term contract) to join our Speciality Division .
The role will be based in Spartan and will report to the Continuous Improvement Specialist .
The intern will assist in analysing and improving our production processes, focusing on resource usage, production efficiency, and material usage variance.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for process improvement.
