Role Overview:
As a Content Specialist, you will be the creative driving force behind our brands, responsible for overseeing and elevating all creative outputs. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of brand identity, you'll ensure that all visuals, messaging, and designs align with each brand's CI and tonality. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a passion for storytelling, who can bring fresh ideas to life, leverage AI tools for content creation, and lead the creative direction across our advertising and marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Direction: Lead the creative vision for all campaigns, ensuring that the visual and tonal elements align with each brand's identity and resonate with target audiences.
Content Creation: Research, write, and edit content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media channels, website content, email campaigns, and press releases.
AI Integration: Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, including AI-driven copywriting, image generation, and data analysis to optimize creative outputs.
Quality Control: Review and approve creative assets, ensuring that all outputs meet brand standards and adhere to CI guidelines.
Collaborative Ideation: Work closely with Brand Managers, the Advertising Manager, and the studio team to brainstorm and develop innovative campaign concepts that drive brand engagement.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine content strategies that align with brand goals and target audiences.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of content across platforms to make data-driven decisions for future campaigns.
Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in messaging and visuals across all touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years in a creative leadership role, such as Art Director, Senior Designer, or Creative Lead, ideally within retail, tech, or lifestyle brands.
Education: Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields.
Creative Expertise: Proven ability to translate brand identities into compelling creative concepts and execute them across multiple platforms.
Proficiency with AI Tools: Demonstrated experience using AI tools for content creation, such as AI-driven copywriting platforms and image generation tools.
Strong Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, from large-scale campaigns to digital and social media assets.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly to stakeholders.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandise, and studio teams.
