Our Client, a leading provider of customized digital signage solutions, is seeking a talented and dynamic Content Producer (Account Manager) to join their team. This position involves creating engaging corporate content and managing client accounts to ensure the successful delivery of digital signage, queue management, AV/VC, and IPTV solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for content creation, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to manage client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Production:

Develop and produce high-quality corporate content for digital signage, presentations, and other mediums.
Create visually appealing and informative content that resonates with target audiences.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content aligns with client branding and messaging.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into content creation.
Manage the content production process from concept to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.

Account Management:

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Understand client needs and objectives, and ensure the successful delivery of customized solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Gather and act on client feedback to continuously improve service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in content production and account management.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of content creation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in the digital signage or communication technology industry is a plus.
