As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of content creation, curation, and relationship management, contributing to the growth and success of our platform.
Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the Development, Project Management, Design & User Experience (DUM), and Account Management teams to ensure seamless integration of content initiatives within the platforms strategic goals.
Assist in onboarding content creators and producers, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
Foster and manage relationships with content clients and producers, acting as a liaison to address their needs and concerns effectively.
Curate, review, and manage content submissions, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and relevant content is featured on the platform.
Develop and implement strategies for content curation, staying current with industry trends and eKasi pop culture to provide users with captivating experiences.
Collaborate with the Account Manager to align content offerings with clients objectives and preferences, tailoring content to meet their needs.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the platforms content ecosystem, including micro-apps and content delivery methods, to optimize user engagement and satisfaction.
Monitor content performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement based on user engagement and feedback.
Act as a point of contact for content-related inquiries and concerns from internal teams and external partners.
Keep up-to-date with advancements in digital media and content management technologies, suggesting innovative strategies to enhance the platforms content offerings.
Requirements: Diploma or Degree in degree in Marketing, Social Media, Digital Marketing or Multi- Media.
Strong sales acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, and a deep passion for eKasi pop culture.
Proven experience in content management, curation, and strategy, preferably within a digital platform or similar industry.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with content marketing principles and digital content trends.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
