Summit is seeking a talented Content Developer Project Manager to join our team and lead exciting projects that push boundaries and inspire action, to be based at our Support Office in Umhlanga.
The Training Content Developer Project Manager would be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of training programs and materials.
This role requires a blend of project management skills, instructional design expertise, and content development abilities to ensure the creation of high-quality training experiences that meet organizational objectives and learner needs.
Requirements Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Project Management, or a related field.
· Proven experience in project management and content development within a training or educational setting.
· Strong knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning principles.
· Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS).
Preferred Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
Experience with multimedia production, including video editing and graphic design.
Familiarity with SCORM and xAPI standards.
Experience in a specific industry or subject matter expertise relevant to the training content.
