We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Content Developer Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the development of high-quality educational content.
The Training Content Developer Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of training programs and materials.
This role requires a blend of project management skills, instructional design expertise, and content development abilities to ensure the creation of high-quality training experiences that meet organizational objectives and learner needs.
Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Project Management, or a related field.
· Proven experience in project management and content development within a training or educational setting.
· Strong knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning principles.
· Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS).
Preferred Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
Experience with multimedia production, including video editing and graphic design.
Familiarity with SCORM and xAPI standards.
Experience in a specific industry or subject matter expertise relevant to the training content.
Requirements 1 Project Management: · Lead and manage training content development projects from initiation to completion.
· Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia developers.
· Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of training materials.
2 Content Development: Design engaging and effective training content, including e-learning modules, instructional videos, manuals, and interactive activities.
Apply instructional design principles to create learner-centric training materials.
Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and objectives.
Continuously evaluate and improve training content based on feedback and performance data.
3 Stakeholder Collaboration: · Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather content requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
· Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders.
· Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input and provide training solutions.
4 Quality Assurance: · Ensure all training materials meet quality standards and are aligned with the organization's brand and instructional guidelines.
· Conduct thorough reviews and testing of training materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
5 Technology Utilization: · Utilize various learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools to develop and deliver training content.
· Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in training and development.
6 Evaluation and Reporting: · Develop and implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
· Analyze training data and provide reports on learner performance and program impact.
· Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement of training initiatives.
