The TrainingContent Developer Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the design,development, and implementation of training programs and materials. This role requiresa blend of project management skills, instructional design expertise, andcontent development abilities to ensure the creation of high-quality trainingexperiences that meet organizational objectives and learner needs.
Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Education,Instructional Design, Project Management, or a related field.
· Proven experience in projectmanagement and content development within a training or educational setting.
· Strong knowledge of instructionaldesign models and adult learning principles.
· Proficiency with e-learning authoringtools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS).
PreferredSkills: Excellent organizational andtime-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonalskills.
Ability to work independently and aspart of a team.
PMP or other project managementcertification is a plus.
Experience with multimedia production,including video editing and graphic design.
Familiarity with SCORM and xAPIstandards.
Experience in a specific industry orsubject matter expertise relevant to the training content.

Project Management: · Leadand manage training content development projects from initiation tocompletion.
· Developproject plans, timelines, and budgets.
· Coordinatewith cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, instructionaldesigners, and multimedia developers.
· Monitorproject progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of trainingmaterials.

Content Development: Design engaging and effective training content, includinge-learning modules, instructional videos, manuals, and interactiveactivities.
Apply instructional design principlesto create learner-centric training materials.
Conduct needs assessments to identifytraining requirements and objectives.
Continuously evaluate and improve trainingcontent based on feedback and performance data.

Stakeholder Collaboration: · Collaboratewith internal and external stakeholders to gather content requirements andensure alignment with business goals.
· Communicateproject updates and progress to stakeholders.
· Facilitatemeetings and workshops to gather input and provide training solutions.

Quality Assurance: · Ensureall training materials meet quality standards and are aligned with theorganization's brand and instructional guidelines.
· Conductthorough reviews and testing of training materials to ensure accuracy andeffectiveness.

· Utilizevarious learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools todevelop and deliver training content.
· Stayupdated with emerging trends and technologies in training and development.

Evaluation and Reporting: · Developand implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of trainingprograms.
· Analyzetraining data and provide reports on learner performance and program impact.
· Makedata-driven recommendations for continuous improvement of traininginitiatives.
