As a Content Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for social media publishing & community management, content Co-ordination, copywriting, and analysis & follow-up. Together with the rest of the Customer Activation team, you will work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work.Key responsibilities include:Being fully immersed in the local daily social publishing plan to understand all global and local content that should be posted on local social media (Facebook, Twitter).Responsible for community management on local social pages & global IG pages for South Africa.Brief and co-ordinate media assets requirements and needs with the regional Production hub, Global Agency & Media Lead for Performance Media, Organic & Paid Social.Responsible for liaising with mall management to share content for mall channels and identify additional opportunities – content to be reacted accordingly.Write copy for Organic & Paid Social, Performance Media, SEO, and Fashion News.Closely collaborate with the Content Production Manager for the execution of store events and experiences.QualificationsTo be successful in the role as Content Co-ordinator, we believe you are a team player with a proactive and helpful approach, fostering collaboration and collective success. You have excellent communication and organization skills and strong knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems. In addition, you are communicative and socially confident, fostering positive interactions with colleagues and customers.What you need to succeed:It's meriting if you have a Marketing or Copy degree.You have at least 3 years' experience working in social media and copywriting.You have experience managing organic social media accounts for the biggest social platforms.You have a good understanding of marketing content and digital channels.You have excellent communication and writing skills, including fluent written English.
