To provide specialist advice and support to increase operational outputs and turnaround time, through the application of functional knowledge of policies and principles to execute on various work objectives across the Human Capital value chain.
Are you someone who can: Act responsibly with work related resources to contribute to cost containment.Contribute to a culture of service excellence, which builds positive relationships and provides opportunity for feedback and exceptional service.Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.Discern and provide consultation to business on queries received where requests are not aligned to policies and frameworks in place.Report on transactional and process activities within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making.Understand and comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialisation across multiple jurisdictions.Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards.Identify and develop solutions that lead to improved service delivery and quality by drawing on knowledge and best practice.Perform scheduled audit analysis on policy and frameworks in place.Identify and utilise opportunities to assess and improve own performance.Contribute to teamwork and inclusivity by working together to achieve team goals.Participate in planned activities, that are appropriate for own and employee development.Collaborate with ORG design in the created Governance naming standards, which underpin the governance standards.Guiding Human Capital end users as the SME of standards for content and naming conventions on Companies, Legal Entities, Cost Centre, and Positions.Understand business requirements and translate them into an efficient and integrated Organisational framework.You will be an ideal candidate if you: Qualification: Grade 12 and HigherExperience: 1-2 years Workday ExperienceYou will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborate.Challenging Working.Opportunities to innovate.We can be a match if you are: Curious & courageous - you're driven by always wanting to know more and learn more and you're brave enough.Attention to Detail.Obsessed with mastery - you know what it takes to become good at what you do and are constantly pushing yourself to do it.Are you interested to take the step?
