Are you someone who can: Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilisation of work related resources Contribute to teamwork and inclusivity within own team Identify and utilise opportunities to assess and improve own performance Use technical know-how to identify, solve and escalate problems Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialisation Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with internal and external customers Deliver on sales objectives to increase profitable business Receive loaded and validated deals, convert and conclude the actual sale, and structure deals as per the clients' needs Meet production targets (sales objectives), such as Rand Value, Non-interest Revenue, Value Added Products Convert Approved New Business Applications, First Time Approval, Number of Outbound Calls / Productivity Manage leads within agreed standards Contribute to profitability and managing returns, and provide quotes within mandates, as pre-defined on the system Prepare credit submissions for judgmental assessments Implement people resource planning in line with delivery and performance objectives, on budget and in partnership with specialized areas You will be an ideal candidate if you: Minimum Qualification: Matric Preferred Qualification: Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Related field Experience: One to three years in Sales and Marketing, call center environment (in/out), financial industry.
