Position: Consumer Health Key Account Manager
Location: South Africa – Gauteng preferred
What You'll Do: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments.Promote, recommend, and sell solutions, products, and services to Consumer Health and Pharmaceutical Clients.Act as a knowledgeable advisor on marketing, market research, sales management, and industry trends.Identify and pursue new business opportunities and contract expansions.Collaborate with consulting services to coordinate the best solutions for clients.Monitor client satisfaction and ensure high levels of service delivery.What We're Looking For: 5+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, ideally in Senior Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Business Operations/Analytics.Strong understanding of the South African healthcare sector, specifically Consumer Health and OTC.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work collaboratively and meet client needs proactively.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Self-starter with a passion for the self-care industry.Why Join Us?
