Consumables Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients within the consumables market. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets. Conduct market research to identify trends and areas for growth. Develop relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Negotiate contracts and close sales with clients. Track and manage sales pipeline and report progress to management. Account Management: Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with customers. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high levels of service, product knowledge, and responsiveness. Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns to maintain positive client relationships. Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure repeat business and encourage referrals. Product Knowledge and Market Expertise: Stay updated on the latest products, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Provide technical expertise and advice to customers about consumable products and solutions. Assist with product training and demonstrations for customers as needed. Collaborate with product development or suppliers to stay ahead of market needs. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasting for assigned accounts. Use CRM tools to update account information, track interactions, and manage leads. Provide accurate forecasts and progress updates to senior management. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns. Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, customer service, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer experience. Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and other networking events as needed to promote products and brand. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in consumable sales or a related field. Experience in [specific industry, e.g., office supplies, medical products, industrial consumables, etc.]. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Previous experience in account management and client relationship building. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., BPO) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not required). Personal Attributes: Highly driven with a strong sales-oriented mindset. Results-focused, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex sales cycles. Positive, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced environment. Desirable Qualifications: Experience with B2B sales and direct interaction with purchasing departments. Working Conditions: Full-time, with occasional travel required for customer meetings and industry events.
