Understand the risks associated with dealing with customer queries and dissemination of confidential information. Deliver unparalleled customer service to all customers, both internal and external, within laid down guidelines and ensuring legislative compliance.
QualificationsCompleted MatricExperience2 to 3 years general banking experience with exposure to Home Loans and Insurance products and facilities - Insurance or Home loans knowledge/experienceA sound knowledge and understanding of the policies and procedures laid down in the group
