Avison Young South Africa is the affiliate of the global real estate service provider Avison Young and a wholly owned subsidiary of Eris Property Group, a fully integrated property development, investment and services group which provides a range of commercial property skills in the South African and sub-Saharan Africa.We are seeking to grow our team and have a position available for a qualified and experienced real estate professional in our Occupier Solutions team in Johannesburg.The Role:Providing commercial real estate transaction management and tenant representation services to occupiers in the office and industrial sector. Business development and marketing of our services to clients utilizing our CRM tools, web, social media, and direct marketing channels to generate new opportunities.Requirements:At least 5 years commercial real estate experience in transaction management or tenant representation with a demonstratable track record of success.Degree, ideally in property studies or commerce.A motivated individual that can operate independently in a high-performance environment, excellent communication skills, confidence, and an ability to deal with decision makers of the highest calibre.A valid driving license and your own vehicle.What we offer:Market related basic salary, dependent on experience.Additional corporate benefits.To be part of a global real estate service provider - Avison Young.Industry leading CRM and stock management systems.PPRA Fidelity Fund certification, CPD and additional training & development.
