Reference: JHB001477-MS-1The consultant will play a critical role to support the Head – Multilateral Affairs / Strategy and Performance Officer in facilitating interaction and cooperation amongst various stakeholders with a view to build synergies, and develop cooperative frameworks.Duties & ResponsibilitiesWork closely with The Head – Multilateral Affairs / Strategy and Performance Officer to define objectives, scope, and deliverables of various projects that The Head – Multilateral Affairs / Strategy and Performance Officer is responsible for. Ensures that there is a clear understanding of what needs to be achieved.Create detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and dependencies.Monitor progress, track milestones, and ensure that project deliverables are completed within specified timeframes.Ensure that allocated resources (such as personnel, budget, and equipment) achieve project goals.Coordinate team members, contractors, and other stakeholders who are not direct reportees to The Head – Multilateral Affairs / Strategy and Performance Officer.Maintain open lines of communication with CEO, team members, and other relevant parties.Proactively address obstacles and ensure smooth project execution.Provide strategic support in ensuring successful implementation of the multilateral projects.Work closely with Head – Multilateral Affairs / Strategy and Performance Officer, government departments, and other relevant stakeholders to drive the strategic objectives of the company in line with the national priorities.Job RequirementsRelevant commercial or technical Degree or equivalent qualification.Ability to work independently (without a team).Comfortable working in a project execution environment with tight deadlines.Experience in project management.Strong oral and written communication skills.Documentation skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).Package & RemunerationAnnually.
