Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage credit risk assessment and advisory services for clients across various sectors. Develop and implement risk frameworks, policies, and models to optimize credit risk management practices. Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. Mentor junior consultants and build a collaborative, high-performance team. Provide insights on market trends, risk challenges, and opportunities for clients. What Were Looking For: Strong background in credit risk management, with experience in financial services or consulting. Advanced knowledge of risk models, regulations, and market dynamics. Proven leadership and project management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. A Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
