Effectively manage multiple medium sized projects
Define concise user specifications for application development in line with business' or clients' requirements
Build trust based relationships with clients
Understand client culture very well and uses this to get client buy in
Independently think through creative solutions
Be easily adaptable to different environments, clients and projects.
Possess strong excel skills
Quickly structure complex analysis
Keeps manager and team appraised.
Develop team by actively coaching them
Uphold the moral of the team


Requirements

4 year degree
At least 3-6 years industry experience.
Have a strong appreciation of programming and be able to work and lead developers
Willingness to travel
Recognised experience/ knowledge in at least one dimension of Africawide's core functional service areas
Problem solving skills
