About the role To effectively resolve insurance escalated and regulatory complaints within agreed timeframes, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes for policyholders while upholding regulatory compliance and company standards. With a high focus placed on client retention and influencing continuous business improvement. What you will bring 2-3 years in a long-term insurance complaint management environment. In-depth knowledge of policy administration and claims processes. Root cause and trend analysis methods and processes. Tertiary qualification in Commerce / Law. RE5 (ideal). Knowledge of Capitec Bank systems (ideal). Knowledge of long-term insurance regulatory environment (FAIS, PPR, FSCA, LTI Act, etc.). What you will be doing Complaint Resolution and Root Cause Analysis. Stakeholder Engagement and Development. Contribute to Continuous Systems and Process Improvement. Record-Keeping and Reporting.
