With a high focus placed on client retention and influencing continuous business improvementWhat You Will Bring 2-3 years in a long-term insurance complaint management environment In-depth knowledge of policy administration and claims processes Root cause and trend analysis methods and processes Tertiary qualification in Commerce / Law RE5 (ideal) Knowledge of Capitec Bank systems (Ideal) Knowledge of long-term insurance regulatory environment (FAIS, PPR, FSCA, LTI Act, etc.) What You Will Be Doing Complaint Resolution and Root Cause Analysis Stakeholder Engagement and Development Contribute to Continues Systems and Process Improvement Record-Keeping and reporting.
