Maintaining an effective claim system to ensure that matters are attended to within agreed or stipulated timeframes, thus enabling effective service delivery. With little direct supervision, liaise and interact with customers and all other stakeholders.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications Type of Qualification: DiplomaField of Study: MedicalExperience RequiredMust be FAIS compliant.3 years Claims experience will be an advantage.Quality of calls with clients determined during continuous call assurance audits by relevant superiors in accordance with pre-agreed standards.Daily relationship building with internal forensics team on making quality referrals on suspicious claims or in need of their expert opinion.Medical qualification will be an advantage.Please note: All our recruitment processes comply with the applicable local laws and regulations.
