Business Segment: Insurance & Asset Management
To deal with all Accident & Health claims effectively and timeously. Maintaining and effective claim system to ensure that matters are attended to within agreed or stipulated timeframes, thus enabling effective service delivery. With little direct supervision, liaise and interact with customers and all other stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications Type of Qualification: Diploma
Field of Study: Medical

Experience Required Insurance Legacy & Enablement Must be FAIS compliant.
3 years Claims experience will be an advantage.
Quality of calls with clients determined during continuous call assurance audits by relevant superiors in accordance with pre-agreed standards.
Daily relationship building with internal forensics team on making quality referrals on suspicious claims or in need or their expert opinion.
Medical qualification will be an advantage.
