To provide a high level of service to Customers, SBIB provincial offices, and SBSA branches Underwriters by resolving insurance policy queries on Assurance products according to business needs, to facilitate the development of customer loyalty through customer relationship management and to consistently portray a corporate image.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications Type of Qualification: Matric/National Certificate mandatory
Regulatory exam for Representatives (RE 05 an advantage Tier 2 products)
An NQF level 4 or 5 qualification recognized by the FSB.
FAIS Qualification – 150 credits in respective long-term categories
Experience Required
1-3 years life assurance claims inbound call centre experience required
Life Assurance claims experience required
