Consultant, Account Management (Business Lending Collections) Job Overview Business Segment: Business & Commercial Banking
Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Simmonds Street 3
Telephonic collections focusing on the collection of the total due amount immediately and minimizing the forward roll rate of potential non-performing cheque and loan accounts, with an emphasis on customer retention, education, and rehabilitation through effective and efficient collections skills.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Type of Qualification: Matric and Post School NQF level 6 Qualification would be advantageous.
Field of Study: Banking
Experience Required Minimum 3 years' collections experience, preferably in the Credit Collections environment. Contact Centre and business lending product experience will be an advantage.
