Consultant, Account Management ( Business Lending Collections ) Job Overview Business Segment: Business & Commercial Banking Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Simmonds Street 3 Telephonic collections focusing on the collection of the total due amount immediately and minimising the forward roll rate of potential non-performing cheque and loan accounts with the emphasis on customer retention, education, and rehabilitation, through effective and efficient collections skills. Qualifications Minimum QualificationsType of Qualification: Matric andPost School NQF level 6 Qualification would be advantageous.Field of Study: BankingExperience RequiredCredit Risk – BCBRisk & Corporate AffairsMiniimum 3 Year's collections experience, preferably in the Credit Collections environment.
