Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Simmonds Street 3
Telephonic collections focusing on the collection of the total due amount immediately and minimising the forward roll rate of potential non-performing cheque and loan accounts with the emphasis on customer retention, education, and rehabilitation, through effective and efficient collections skills.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications Type of Qualification: Matric andPost School NQF level 6 Qualification would be advantageous.
Field of Study: Banking

Experience Required Credit Risk – BCB
Risk & Corporate Affairs
Miniimum 3 Year's collections experience, preferably in the Credit Collections environment. Contact Centre and business lending product experience will be an advantage.
