Join our clients team, where your skills and leadership will contribute to creating luxury homes in a supportive and output-driven work environment.Requirements:10–15 years of experience in construction site management, preferably in high-end, luxury residential houses or security estatesProficient in Windows and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)Bilingual in English and AfrikaansOwn transport is requiredAdministrative Tasks:Typing, copying, and scanning documentsArranging meetings and managing schedulesResponding to and engaging with emailsFollowing up on outstanding invoices, documents, and emailsPerforming ad-hoc deliveries or collectionsOn-Site Management:Overall project and site management for nominated developmentsRegular interaction with clients, agents, suppliers, contractors, and inspectorsOverseeing daily on-site operations and ensuring smooth workflowProducing and monitoring schedules, attendance, and progress of contractorsSupervising and training site workers and tradespeopleEnsuring adherence to health and safety protocols and quality standardsManaging and placing material orders as per bill of quantities and budgetMonitoring site expenditure and maintaining budget complianceResolving site problems promptly and effectivelyManaging and tracking development programs dailyReporting progress and challenges to the Development DirectorConducting quality control checks and maintaining site cleanliness and discipline
