We are seeking a Senior Estimator to accurately assess the costs of upcoming construction projects, including labor, equipment, and materials.
The successful candidate will have:
1.
A BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying or NDip in Quantity Surveying or similar qualification.
2.
A relevant post-grad degree is advantageous.
3.
Minimum 10 years related experience in the construction/engineering environment.
4.
Experience with the following software/programs:
- CCS (Construction Costing Software)
- Candy's QTO
The successful candidate will have comprehension and application of the following: • Contract law and insurance
• Quantity surveying background
• Basic financial reporting and cash management
• Construction methods and outputs, programming, and scheduling
• SHEQ legislation and application
